Morada

A new vision of real estate in Lima.

Morada is a boutique real estate agency based in Lima, founded in 2013. It was the first real estate company in Peru to build its vision around one idea: always working with the country's most acclaimed architects. Among them are Ruth Alvarado, David Mutal, Oscar Borasino, Sandra Barclay and Jean Pierre Crousse, alongside urban artists, landscapers, horticulturists, interior designers and artisans. With two national architecture awards, Morada is known as much for its projects as for the long relationships it builds with clients.

More than eight years of close, warm collaboration have allowed us to grow the brand step by step, from naming to editorial design and art direction. It has been a model of teamwork: everyone pushed to make each project the best it could be, and we are deeply grateful to the whole Morada team for that.
